Users of HungerTap application may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
1. How To Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your account, please send an email from your registered email address to: support@hungertap.online
Please include:
- Your registered email address
- Your name
- The subject line: “Delete My Account”
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
- User account access
- Profile information
- Saved preferences
- Authentication/login data
3. What Data May Be Retained
Certain transactional records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud prevention, operational, and dispute-resolution purposes.
This may include:
- Order history
- Payment records
- Refund records
- Tax/accounting information
Retained records are securely stored and are not used for marketing or user tracking after account deletion.

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 45 business days.
